Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting dreisik.nl, any of its subdomains, or by engaging any product or service offered by Dreisik B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands, you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Service.

2. Description of Services

Dreisik delivers:

• Digital & automation consulting — assessments and roadmaps for adopting software, AI, and automation
• Custom software & AI agent development — web applications, internal tooling, and AI-driven agents built to spec
• Workflow & RPA automation — process automation using n8n, Make, and comparable platforms
• Content & campaign production — ongoing content and creative for social, blog, and paid channels
• Conversational & voice AI — chatbot and voice automation for support and lead generation
• Sales & marketing automation — funnel and CRM automation from first touch to close
• Analytics & reporting — dashboards and forecasting built on your own data

3. Eligibility

To use the Service you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be based in a jurisdiction subject to applicable trade sanctions
• Not be barred from using the Service under any applicable law

4. Account Registration

Certain features may require an account. You're responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, alerting us to any unauthorized use, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

Everything on dreisik.nl belongs to Dreisik B.V. or its licensors and is protected under copyright and trademark law.

• Bespoke deliverables built specifically for a client transfer to that client once payment is settled in full
• Internal frameworks and templates used to deliver the work remain ours and are licensed, not sold, on a non-exclusive basis

Copying, reverse-engineering, or reusing our branding without written permission isn't permitted.

6. Client Obligations

• Grant timely access to the systems, credentials, and data a project requires
• Review and sign off on deliverables within the agreed timeframe
• Settle invoices per the agreed payment terms
• Not use our services or deliverables for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Keep any proprietary methods we share confidential

7. Payment Terms

• Prices are quoted in EUR unless stated otherwise, exclusive of Dutch VAT (BTW, currently 21%) where it applies
• Project-based work: typically 50% deposit upfront, 50% on completion
• Retainers & subscriptions: billed monthly, in advance
• Bank transfer (SEPA): Creditor identifier [TODO: SEPA creditor ID]

Overdue invoices accrue statutory interest under the laws of the Netherlands. We reserve the right to pause work on accounts in arrears.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during an engagement confidential. This obligation survives termination for 3 years.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, distribute spam or malware, act fraudulently, infringe intellectual property, harass others, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or build a competing offering from our proprietary methods.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that outcomes seen by other clients will repeat for your business — automation and AI systems carry inherent uncertainty.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Dreisik B.V. against claims, damages, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Service, or your own negligence or misconduct.

13. Term and Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. We may suspend or end your access immediately for a breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful conduct. Confidentiality, IP, liability, and indemnification obligations survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts. EU consumers can also use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Third-Party Services

The Service may connect to third-party platforms — payment processors, automation tools, AI providers. Those platforms operate under their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or conduct.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are posted here with a revised date, and active clients are notified by email for material changes. Continued use means you accept the update.
